In 2022, we became partners with Nicolas Spiers and founded BDAP - a fragrance distribution company specialised in the LATAM geography.

  • Seek new distributors, in the defined area,

    o Prepare and analyze business plan, Choose Best option for each Brand.

    o Meet with clients and negotiate purchase targets

    o Monitor sales per country and per reference

    o Work on forecast per market and send regular purchase orders to Brands

    o Ensure a balanced assortment for the area

    o Provide semi-annual reports with trends and rankings

    o Define and analyze each distributor’s investment (A&P)

  • o Present marketing plan and implementation of launches to distributors team

    o Negotiate Trade Marketing operations

    o Negotiate prime brand visibility with customers

    o Coordinate trainings / Training Events/ Press Events

    o Coordinate sanitary registrations

  • o Regular market visit – major markets 4 times per year

    o Regular Meetings & Business reviews with customers in office in Miami

    o Monitoring inventory – out of stock/ over stock with Distributors

    o Optimize assortment and merchandising

    o Aide distributor negotiate with retailers

    o Check pricing in store

    o Check discontinued products (propose actions)

    o Snapshot reports for immediate action

    o Check competitor’s actions in each market

Born in a Perfumery Flagship in December of 1968 in Troyes Champagne, Nicolas has more than 30 years of experience in international commercial market of selective perfumes & Cosmetics specialized in Latin America local markets and travel retail.

The collaboration between BDAP and DPLG bring together an International network and relationships with distributors, retailers and main players in the whole area of the Americas .
